Terms of Use

The following Terms of Use and all other policies referred to in this document or in other documents constitute the binding legal agreement (hereinafter the «Agreement») between POSTWORK P.C., located in Athens, at 16 Kifisias Avenue, PO Box 11526 , with VAT number 801198034 and no. G.E.MI. 151552422000 or other companies affiliated with it (collectively hereinafter «we» or «Postwork») and users (hereinafter «you» or «User») of the job search and job website https://www.postwork.gr/ as well as the corresponding mobile apps owned and used by Postwork (hereinafter the «Platform»). By registering on the Platform you, either as an employer or as a job seeker, automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and the relevant instructions of the Platform, its information and procedures, as well as Postwork's respective policies.

1. General Platform Terms of Use

Postwork provides an online job search and offer platform intended for any person or legal entity using the Platform (hereinafter «User») either as: (i) Legal person wishing to post a job advertisement (hereinafter «Job Offer») or to use the services offered by Postwork to its users (hereinafter the «Service») regarding the search for candidates to start employment (hereinafter the «Employer») or (ii) any User seeking job (hereinafter «Applicant Job»). You may use the Platform and the Service only for legitimate job search and/or job posting purposes and only for your own needs in accordance with Postwork's acceptable use of the Platform.
Postwork is the only authority that can define the acceptable use of the Platform. In order to download, access or use the Service on behalf of a third person or entity, you warrant and represent that you are authorized to accept this agreement on behalf of such person or entity and that such person or entity agrees to assume responsibility for the use of the Platform and the Service in accordance with this Agreement and to indemnify Postwork for any breach of this Agreement.
Postwork does not control the profiles of Users contained in the Platform's search results or job applications. We cannot verify that Users are who they claim to be. In no event do we confirm the accuracy or completeness or any Job Offer or other information submitted by any User, including such User's identity. Postwork assumes no responsibility and disclaims all liability for the content, accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability and availability of any Job Offer or other data and/or information available on the Postwork Platform.
Postwork does not sanction the potential Employer or Job Applicant and makes no representation as to the qualifications of the Employer or Job Applicant. In the event of a dispute between you and any Employer or Job Applicant, you undertake to indemnify Postwork for any damages arising out of or in any way connected with such dispute (including covering Postwork's legal costs in such case).

If you are an Employer, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • your Job Offer (job post) will be accessible to other Users through the Platform, unless you pause it. Postwork guarantees the visibility of your ad for at least 1 year from the date of its publication.

  • when you chat with a Job Seeker (candidate), you share the information and content of your communication with Postwork, which you authorize to share the communication and the information you share with the Job Seeker and to save the conversation.

  • By posting your ad, you can contact 5 candidates after influencing them. You can increase your candidate choices by replenishing your balance.

  • In each premium job post you have the possibility to schedule online interviews with the candidates. To schedule a new online interview, you send a request to the candidate and the candidate must respond within 3 hours. In case the candidate does not respond to the request, the request will be automatically cancelled. Each interview cannot exceed 4 hours. You can schedule up to 3 4-hour interviews with the same candidate. Postwork is not responsible for any connectivity problem that occurs between the employer, the candidate and the platform.

  • In each new ad you have the possibility to schedule unlimited interviews at one of the addresses you have registered. To schedule a new interview at the company address, you send a request to the candidate and the candidate must respond within 3 hours. Postwork does not take any responsibility in case the employer/partner at the place/time of the interview.

  • You represent and warrant that all information provided to us and in your Job Offer is true, accurate, complete and in no way misleading.

  • You represent and warrant that all information contained in your company profile on the Platform is true, accurate, complete and in no way misleading

  • we have no control over the content of Profiles and therefore Postwork has no obligation to screen any Profile and may block or remove any Profile from the Platform for any reason. Postwork assumes no responsibility for, and disclaims all responsibility for, the content, accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability or availability of any Job Applicant on the Platform.

  • if you delete your account, Postwork keeps a record of your details for at least 6 months. After the 6-month period, all your data is deleted from Postwork.

If you are a Prospective Employee, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • any biographical information, information, dates, images, photographs, materials or application information that you post to your profile or otherwise make available through the Platform are subject to this Agreement. However, without limiting the foregoing, the creation of any Profile through the Platform automatically authorizes Postwork to share your Profile with any Employer.

  • you acknowledge that both we and the Employers on the Platform rely on the accuracy and completeness of all information provided during your registration on the Platform, you automatically represent and warrant that all information provided to us is true, accurate, complete and in in no case are they misleading and should be kept that way.

  • Postwork is under no obligation to display any job posting or to include any job posting in search results or other listings and may exclude or remove any job posting from the Platform for any reason.

  • each Employer is responsible for any job advertisement posted on the Platform. Postwork does not guarantee the validity of any job posting so applicants should verify the validity of any job posting before taking any action that affects their current employment status.

  • Postwork assumes no responsibility, otherwise, disclaims any liability for the content, accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability or availability of any job posting or information included in the Platform's search results.

  • if you delete your account, Postwork keeps a record of your details for at least 6 months. After the 6-month period, all your data is deleted from Postwork.

2. Create a New Account

You will need to register on the Platform and create an account to access the Platform and use the Postwork Service. When registering on the Platform you will need to fill in your email and password.
You can only create an account on the Platform by entering either (i) your email address, or (ii) through your Google or social media (Facebook, Apple) profile.
We may also disclose information about Users if we believe that such Users are in violation of this Agreement or have used the Service to commit illegal acts, or if such information is otherwise requested by the authorities and/or necessary and/or appropriate.
By registering on the Platform, you agree to (i) provide true, accurate, up-to-date and complete information about yourself as requested by the registration form (including your email address or your Google account or social media profile; networking medium) and (ii) be responsible for the security, confidentiality and use of your email and password and not transfer or resell the use of or access to your account, the Platform and the Service to any third party. Postwork takes no responsibility, and disclaims all responsibility, if your account or the means by which you connect to it (such as your email) is misused and fraudulently used by a third party.
You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, mobile phone and payment information where required, so that we can properly complete your transactions and contact you as necessary in connection with such transactions .
To protect your account, please keep your account information and password confidential. You may not transfer or assign your Platform account to another user or entity. You are solely responsible for all activities that appear in your account on the Platform.
If your account is inactive for a period of 12 months, we reserve the right to close your account and terminate your access to the Platform.
Subject to any restrictions in the terms of use, you may close your account on the Platform at any time and for any reason. An important condition to close your account is that there is no scheduled interview or active job advertisement (in case you register as an employer). To close your account, please also contact the Postwork support team at support [at] postwork.gr
If your Services are canceled or your Platform Account is deactivated (either by you or by us) your right to use our Services is terminated and your licenses immediately expire at which time we will delete the content associated with your account on the Platform.

3. Payment terms

If you are an Employer, the Platform enables you to choose from a range of job posting packages and other services that may be offered by Postwork from time to time. Payment for the ad posting service is made at the time of purchase.
If there is a charge associated with your use of the Platform or part of the Services, you agree to pay the charge in the designated currency (EURO). Depending on your location, some transactions may require foreign currency conversion or be processed in another country. Your bank may charge additional fees for these services when you use a debit or credit card.
To pay the fees for a Service, you will be asked to provide a payment method at some point when you use the Service. By providing your payment method on the Platform (i) you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you have provided and that any payment information you provide is true and accurate (ii) you authorize Postwork to charge you for the Services with your chosen payment method payment method and (iii) you authorize Postwork to charge you for any paid functionality of the Services that you choose to use. We may suspend or cancel the Services, charge compensation, additional administrative costs and interest if we do not receive full payment from you for all charges. Suspension or cancellation of the Services for non-payment may result in loss of access to and use of your account and the Service, including Subscription Services and User Content.
All prices are exclusive of VAT (unless specified on the Platform) and are subject to change at any time.
All Services purchased are final and non-refundable.

4. User Content

The Platform allows Users to post, display and publicize their Job Listings, Profiles or any other information, images, messages and other materials. You acknowledge that by accessing the Platform, you may come into contact with content that may be considered inappropriate, and you acknowledge that Postwork shall not have any liability to you for such content. Users may post messages or statements in User Content that are misleading, deceptive or completely false. Postwork is not responsible for any opinions, information or statements contained in the content created or displayed on the Platform by Users.
Users are prohibited from posting any User Content that contains proprietary information, trade secrets or confidential information. Users must not post content or information that is illegal, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or contains sexual, ethnic or racial or other discriminatory content or material that does not contain relevant or appropriate content, refers to abhorrent conduct or which violates the law. You must comply with the requirements for User Content determined solely by us. User Content may not contain advertisements, solicitations, pyramid schemes, investment opportunities or other unsolicited commercial communications or otherwise encourage or solicit spamming.
You are prohibited from posting any User Content that contains official identification information (either yours or another person's) on the Platform, such as social security number, passport number, national ID number, driver's license number, or anything similar to the above identification number or code. Including such identifying information in any Profile may lead to identity theft and other adverse consequences, for which Postwork shall not be liable. Postwork may remove such information from your Profile, but assumes no obligation and responsibility, otherwise disclaims all responsibility for sharing such information on the Platform.
Although Postwork undertakes no obligation to do so, it may review User Content posted on the Platform and reserves the right to remove any User Content or portion thereof that violates the above rules or that Postwork deems in its sole discretion that it is unsuitable for viewing. If you believe that a message or User Content in general violates our Policies, please contact Postwork immediately so that we can consider editing or removing it. Postwork does not promise to remove any User Content and the interpretation of whether User Content violates any of our Policies is always at Postwork's sole discretion. Postwork reserves the right to disclose User Content and other related information under circumstances surrounding its disclosure to any third party in order to operate the Platform and provide the Services properly, protect the legitimate interests of Postwork, its partners and Users or visitors of the Platform and/or to comply with its legal obligations or related requests.

5. User Content License

To the extent permitted by law, you grant Postwork an unrestricted, non-exclusive, worldwide, unrestricted, irrevocable, fully paid-up, royalty-free, license to use, reproduce, distribute, perform, display and generally process and exploit in any way of User Content for any purpose related to the Platform, Services and its business. You also grant Postwork and its affiliates the right to use your name in connection with User Content. When you apply for a job through the Platform you submit your profile to Postwork and authorize Postwork to share that User Content with a third party and employers. You further represent and warrant that: (i) you own your User Content posted by you on or through the Platform or have the right to grant the license set forth in this section; (ii) the User Content does not violate the privacy rights, intellectual property rights or any other rights of any person or entity, and (iii) the User Content does not result in a breach of contract between you and a third party. You agree to defend and indemnify Postwork and its affiliates from any claims arising out of any content or material you provide on the Platform. You agree to pay all royalties, fees, indemnities and any other monies owed to any person or entity by reason of content you post on or through the Platform.
If you wish to revoke your license to use any User Content, please contact us at the service address listed above with a copy of your passport or ID (for identity verification purposes) and request the removal of that content. Your request must include: (i) the signature of the right holder of the content in question or a person authorized to act on behalf of the right holder (ii) an identification of the content for which the license is to be revoked and information sufficiently sufficient to allow Postwork to detect and remove the content from the Platform. (iii) your name, address, mobile phone number and email address, (iv) a statement that you have a good faith belief that you are the rights holder or are authorized by the rights holder to revoke the license for the specified content, and ( v) a statement that the information contained in the application is accurate and under penalty of perjury that you are the right holder or are authorized to act on behalf of the right holder with respect to such materials. There may be a charge for responding to and executing such a request. Please contact Postwork for more information.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All (i) text on each page of the Platform, whether editorial, navigational or educational, (ii) logos, buttons and other graphic elements on the Platform, (iii) software including both client code and code used by Postwork to provide services, (iv) color schemes, button styles, page layout, design and all other graphic elements of the Platform (`Platform Content`), materials, methodologies, implementation plans or other intellectual property used in the provision of the Platform Services and in any event, title and interest therein shall be the exclusive property of Postwork or its licensors. The Platform Content and Platform tools are protected by copyright, patent, trade secret or other intellectual property rights, some of which are also protected as trademarks, trade names and/or service marks owned by Postwork. We have proprietary rights in the Platform and you will not copy, modify, use or otherwise exploit Postwork's marks and other rights without our prior written consent.
Except for the limited licenses expressly granted to you in this Agreement, Postwork reserves to itself and its licensors all other right, title and interest. By using our Services, you do not acquire any ownership rights in the Platform Content. The Platform Content remains our intellectual property, including (without limitation) source code, products, usage data, ideas, enhancements, requests, features, suggestions or other information provided by the Job Applicant or any Employer. Postwork reserves all rights not specifically granted by this Agreement. Without limiting the foregoing, you may not reproduce, modify, display, trade or distribute the Platform Content or otherwise use it for any purpose. You must not modify any copyright notices, proprietary titles, any trademarks and trade mark rights, any patent markings, and other proprietary notices in materials accessed through the Platform other than User Content.

License to use by job seekers

Postwork grants you a revocable, limited, non-exclusive right to access and use the Platform solely for your personal use in seeking employment opportunities for yourself, provided you always comply with the terms of this Agreement. Postwork reserves the right to suspend or terminate your right to use the Platform for any reason at any time in its sole discretion. You automatically agree that you are solely responsible for the content of any Profile you post on the Platform and for any consequences arising from that Profile.

License to use by employers

Postwork grants you a revocable, limited, non-exclusive right to access and use the Platform only for you and your affiliates for internal business use of searching and finding candidates for employment, provided always that you comply with the terms of this Agreement. This allows you to access and use the material on the Platform only for your personal use directly related to the search and recruitment of prospective job candidates. You may not sell, transfer or assign any of the Services or your rights to use the Platform or any of the Services provided by Postwork to you or any third party without the express written authorization of Postwork. You agree that you are solely responsible for the content of any Job Posting you post on the Platform and for any consequences arising from your Profile and your postings.

7. Representations and Warranties

Only a registered account holder can access the Platform and use the Service using their email and password or through their Google account or social log-in account. Postwork may freely assign or transfer its rights and obligations without prior notice to you. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations hereunder without Postwork's prior written consent, and any such attempt is void.
You agree not to access (or attempt to access) the Platform and/or Service through any means other than through the interface provided by Postwork, unless you are expressly permitted to do so in a separate agreement with Postwork. You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Platform and/or the Service (or the servers and networks connected to the Platform). You agree that you are solely responsible (and that Postwork shall have no liability to you or any third party) for any breach of your obligations under this Agreement and the consequences thereof, including any loss or damage that Postwork may suffer, from your breach of your obligations. You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit the Platform and Service for any purpose.
You may use the Platform and any Services for the purposes permitted and in accordance with applicable law, and you are prohibited from distributing, storing or transmitting any illegal material through the Platform and/or Services, or you may be subject to civil and/or criminal penalties. responsibilities. You agree that if we have a third party claim that the User Content you have created is illegal or infringes the rights of a third party, you will undertake to do everything lawful to remove the illegality or infringement and in addition to indemnify Postwork for any damages suffered by Postwork.
Certain features of our Services may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which you should read before using those features which supplement and form an integral part of this Agreement.
We reserve the right to refuse to provide, suspend or terminate the Services or close your Account, in whole or in part, at any time for any reason, immediately and without notice. If we terminate your subscription or if we determine that you are in violation of this Agreement, without limiting our rights and remedies, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any refunds or credits for any subscription periods and that we may immediately terminate your access to the Platform.
To use the Platform and access services, you must have a computer, compatible mobile phone or portable device, internet access, data and the minimum system and operating software requirements. You are responsible for providing all connections and/or equipment required to use the Services and for paying the fees charged by your connection and equipment providers. These fees are in addition to the fees you pay us for the Services and we will not refund such fees to you.
You acknowledge that we are not required to keep the Platform available for your use and we make no guarantees as to its availability or that the Platform will operate continuously or without errors. The Services may not be available from time to time, may be offered on a limited basis, or may vary depending on your region or device. We try to keep the Services up and running at all times. However, all online services may experience occasional outages and interruptions. Postwork is not responsible for any disruption or loss you may suffer as a result of not having access to the Platform or Services. We do not assume any responsibility for the unavailability of the Platform or any service offering found on the Platform or any interruption or malfunction for any reason (including failures of your Internet service provider or web hosting service provider, third party intrusions or force majeure). In the event of an interruption, you may not be able to recover your User Content.
You agree that you will not upload any harmful code to the Platform or use the Platform data for your own commercial gain. «Malicious code» means any software (often referred to as «viruses», «worms», «trojan horses», «time bombs», «time locks», «drop dead devices», «traps», «access codes», «cancelbots» or «trap door devices») that (a) is intentionally designed to damage, interrupt, inhibit, impair, interfere with, inhibit, expropriate or in any way prevent any data; storage media, program, system, equipment or communication, based on any event, including, but not limited to: i) exceeding the number of copies, ii) exceeding the number of users, iii) the passage of a period of time, iv) promotion to a specific date or other number or v) use of a specific feature or (b) would allow an unauthorized person to cause such an effect or (c) would allow an unauthorized person to access another person's information without their knowledge and the permission of that other person.
You will not copy any part of the Platform for your own commercial purposes, including: (i) reproducing or using the details and Profile of any User, (ii) reproducing in any way all or part of the Services or the Platform, (iii) using «deep-lin», «robot», «spider», «page-scrape» or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, obtain, copy or monitor any part of the Platform; Profiles or any User Content, nor reproduce or circumvent in any way the navigation structure or presentation of the Platform, nor obtain, or attempt to obtain by any means and means, documents or information not intentionally made available through the Platform or (iv) embed all or part of the Platform to any other website, website, platform, application or other digital or non-digital format.
In connection with any use of the Platform: (i) you must act responsibly, professionally, for the purposes of your business activity and in good faith, (ii) you must refrain from discriminatory, racist, defamatory, inappropriate, obscene, offensive or other conduct that incites hatred, discrimination, racism, bigotry or physical violence of an individual or group (iii) you must deal with the Platform and its Users respectfully and you will not engage in conduct that could be considered intimidating, harassing, degrading, insulting or otherwise offensive (as determined by us) and (iv) you must not represent or support illegal or unethical activities.

Without limiting the above commitments, responsibilities and obligations, it is indicatively stated that it is not allowed:

The creation or facilitation of users of commercial electronic messages (`spam`). Posting, sending, distributing, disseminating or displaying any illegal, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, illegal, obscene or other content. Impersonating another person (through the use of an email address or otherwise). Unlawfully transmitting another person's intellectual property or other proprietary information without the owner's or licensor's permission. Intentional distribution of any harmful code. `Pyramid` or promotion schemes Transmitting content that may be harmful to minors, or content that solicits or encourages the sharing of personal information with minors. Promoting or encouraging illegal activity. Using the Platform in violation of legal rights (such as privacy and personality rights) of others. The creation of multiple User accounts in connection with any violations of the Agreement or the creation of User accounts by automated means or with false or fraudulent intent. The sale, resale or other exploitation for unauthorized commercial purposes or transfer of any Platform account The modification, adaptation, translation of any part of the Platform. Violation of copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights contained in the Platform. Communicating with other Platform Users regarding marketing programs, jobs that require payment to start, and any matters that Postwork deems detrimental to its users. Providing false information when using the Platform and/or the Service. Postwork reserves the right to use various methods to detect and address activity that does not comply with the terms of this Agreement and to monitor Users' compliance with these terms and to prevent abuse (such as spam). These methods may sometimes result in the temporary or permanent suspension or termination of certain functions for certain Users.

8. Disclaimer

Except as expressly set forth in this agreement, POSTWORK does not warrant, and hereby disclaims all representations or warranties, express or implied with respect to the Platform, any services, and/or information available through any links on it, including any implied warranties of a particular purpose or use, as well as any warranties of any distribution, use and/or commercial practice. POSTWORK does not guarantee and disclaims responsibility for profiles, user content and job posting content and is in no way responsible for the conduct or activity of any employer or job seeker.
POSTWORK does not guarantee, and disclaims its responsibility for, the truth, accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability or functionality or availability of the information or material displayed in the search results of the Platform. POSTWORK does not warrant, and disclaims responsibility for, the deletion, failure to register, incorrect or untimely transmission of any information, communication or other material related to the Service or use of the Platform.
POSTWORK does not warrant, and disclaims responsibility for any damages that may arise from downloading or accessing any information or material on the Platform. In no event is POSTWORK responsible for the use or misuse of the Platform by anyone user.
The Platform is provided by POSTWORK on an `as it is` and `as available` platform basis. POSTWORK does not guarantee that during the use of the platform by users there will be no interruptions or errors and POSTWORK does not offer any guarantee regarding the use of the platform or the conclusion of any relationship or transaction between users or from the provision of services by POSTWORK to the users in relation to this, including any guarantees regarding the registration of the job offer or any results that the user wishes to have under this agreement. The function provided by the platform, or its specified servers, is not that of the file. Users are solely responsible for maintaining independent records and copies of all information, including User Content.
Because POSTWORK is not involved in the transactions between users, if any dispute arises between one or more users, each user involved releases POSTWORK (and its partners and/or employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of any of kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected or not, published or unpublished, arising out of, or in any way connected with, these disputes.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall POSTWORK be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special damages, damages of any kind or nature arising out of this agreement (including loss of profit or income, opportunity, or harm to the user), even if POSTWORK has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Notwithstanding anything stated in this agreement, POSTWORK's maximum liability is limited to the actual value of any fee received by POSTWORK in connection with the particular service to which the claim relates.

10. Privacy and data

You accept the Privacy Policy and agree that you will not do anything that is contrary to the Privacy Policy and will endanger Postwork or third parties. We may modify the Privacy Policy at any time in our sole discretion by posting the new terms on the Platform, and your continued use of the Platform will automatically signify your acceptance of such changes.
Each party (as applicable) represents and warrants that it has adopted and implements a privacy policy in accordance with the requirements of applicable law with respect to personal data provided to the other party in connection with the Services or otherwise under this Agreement. Without limitation, any necessary consent of the Job Applicant or other User must be obtained directly from any Employer for the purpose of facilitating the transaction between them and the better execution of the Service.

11. Confidentiality

The User agrees that it will: (i) treat as confidential and maintain the confidentiality of all Confidential Information and not disclose it to any third party, (ii) use the Confidential Information solely for the purposes of this Agreement, and (iii) not will copy such Confidential Information unless expressly authorized to do so by Postwork.
The obligations regarding Confidential Information shall not apply to any information that: (i) is already in the possession of the User, as evidenced by documents and without an obligation of confidentiality, (ii) through no action or fault on the part of the User, is or becomes available to the public, or iii) the User received from a third party without breach by that third party of the obligation of confidentiality. Upon Postwork's request, the User must immediately return to Postwork or destroy upon proof all Confidential Information.
Without limiting the foregoing, User shall not disclose the existence or terms of this Agreement or any other information relating to the Services in any advertising, promotional or sales activity, publicity or other public communication without Postwork's prior written consent and approval as the case may be. . Postwork has the right to review and approve any press release, promotional/advertising material or related content that mentions Postwork.

12. Other Terms

No assignment of this Agreement shall be made without Postwork's prior written consent. Any such attempted assignment or transfer shall be void and Postwork may immediately terminate this Agreement and User's access to the Platform without liability. User shall not use subcontractors for its operation under this Agreement without Postwork's prior written consent.
Force majeure. Neither Party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement, to the extent that such failure is due to force majeure, such as riots, embargoes, strikes or other collective acts of employees, accident, accidents or other causes , to the extent that such failure and its consequences are reasonably beyond the control and without the fault or negligence of the Party invoking it.
Invalidity – Waiver. The finding that any part of this Agreement is invalid will not affect the remaining parts of this Agreement. The waiver by either Party of a breach of any provision of this Agreement by the other Party shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision of this Agreement, nor shall any delay or failure of any party to exercise or perform any right or remedy shall operate as a waiver of any right or remedy.
Entire Agreement – ​​Amendment. The parties hereto agree that this Agreement is accepted electronically and that acceptance of these terms and conditions will be validly formed and approved electronically. Postwork may modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and/or its policies and/or procedures at any time by announcing the changes on the Platform. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, written or oral, relating to such subject matter. Your continued access to and use of the Platform after this notice will be construed as your acceptance of the modifications made by Postwork. It is your responsibility to periodically monitor the terms and conditions of this Agreement for any changes. In some cases, Postwork may, but is not required to, notify you of any changes to the Agreement. All notices provided by Postwork through the Platform, or any communications by email, fax, or any other form of electronic communications by and between us satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Platform Operation. This Agreement, the Policies and procedures communicated through the Platform, govern your use of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between any terms hereof or any program-specific policies and procedures communicated to you through the Platform, the program-specific policies and procedures will control.
Relationship of the Parties. The Parties to this Agreement enter into and operate independently of each other and no other relationship shall be implied by this Agreement. Nothing contained in or done pursuant to this Agreement shall be construed as creating a partnership, agency or joint venture and neither Party shall be bound by any representation, statement or act of the other Party. Each User undertakes and is responsible for all costs necessary to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement. We are not and cannot be involved in any transaction between any Job Offer and an Employer, including any resulting employment or other commitment.
Ratings and Reviews. Postwork may use mechanisms that rate or review or allow Users to rate or review other Users, and Postwork may make such ratings publicly available. Postwork shall have no responsibility, or disclaim any liability, to any User or third party for the content or accuracy of any rating or review. You will have no ownership interest or license to use any rating or review posted on the Platform, for which Postwork has exclusive rights.

13. Usage of AI in Postwork

AI is at the core of Postwork. Postwork has no responsibility for the result of text generation by AI and the analysis of jobs or a candidate's profile with AI. The user accepts that the use with AI is in beta stage.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of Greece. Users and Postwork agree that the courts located in Athens shall be the proper and exclusive venue for any dispute relating to this Agreement and hereby consent to the personal and subject matter jurisdiction of such courts.
