Application & Data Center Security

We keep your data safe. Postwork uses Digital Ocean (DO) to host all of our applications and Cloudflare for static resources.

Our application and data servers reside in the 🇪🇺 EU regions of Digital Ocean. Digital Ocean meets a variety of industry compliance standards such as SOC1, SOC2, SOC3, ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and PCI DSS.

Data Encryption & Ownership

Data in transit is protected by TLS 1.2 or greater for end-to-end communication security.

SSL

Postwork's official websites and hosting servers are only accessible via HTTPS connection using SSL certificates.

Payments

All payments at Postwork are processing via Stripe (certified PCI Service Provider Level 1 payment processor). The Postwork apps don't store/process any info about your payments. All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Stripe has been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

We have experience working on highly scalable and secure systems with more close to 15 years of software development & maintenance experience. We always monitor the system to keep it reliable and address any issues or outages as fast as possible.

We use industry best practices in our application development stages to ensure your account is secure. We make deployments of the code of new fetaures only when a thorough test has been done on our staging environment

We ensure that all our 3rd party companies that we cooperate are GDPR compliant and mainly we choose companies that are based in EU and follow all the EU GDPR Regulations.

Cloud Apps Protection

Except from our monitoring tools and our server's security policies we use Cloudflare (eg. Rate Limiters, DDoS Protection, IP Logging, Firewalls, Bot Management etc.) to ensure that our apps are safe and work properly.

AI in Postwork

Postwork was created to fundamentally change the way we find work/staff. We have developed algorithms that use state-of-the-art LLMs. More specifically, every application/job ad view/job search/candidate profile is analyzed using AI. We ensure that no personal data is used in the analysis.
