We are looking for a Procurement Engineer to support the coordination of materials, suppliers, subcontractors, and procurement processes across our projects. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and monitor project procurement schedules • Collect and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations • Manage orders for materials and services • Negotiate prices and contractual terms with suppliers and subcontractors • Prepare and manage supplier and subcontractor agreements • Track and document works executed outside the main construction agreement • Perform quantity verification and measurements • Support the certification and invoicing process • Monitor procurement activities to ensure alignment with project schedules • Coordinate with site teams and project managers to ensure smooth project execution

- Fluent English
- Good knowledge of Excel and office tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good understanding of construction materials and building processes
- Experience in construction projects or technical procurement
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field
