• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

• Good understanding of construction materials and building processes
• Experience in construction projects or technical procurement
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field

Καθήκοντα

• Coordinate with site teams and project managers to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor procurement activities to ensure alignment with project schedules
• Support the certification and invoicing process
• Perform quantity verification and measurements
• Track and document works executed outside the main construction agreement
• Prepare and manage supplier and subcontractor agreements
• Negotiate prices and contractual terms with suppliers and subcontractors
• Manage orders for materials and services
• Collect and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Identify procurement needs in collaboration with Project Managers
