We are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Athens. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Greek real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to develop and maintain a network of clients and business contacts. Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop a portfolio of properties and clients. Identify new sales and investment opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors and property owners. Handle property viewings, negotiations and the sales process from initial contact to completion. Develop new business opportunities and expand the company’s client network. Collaborate with internal teams, lawyers, consultants and other professionals involved in real estate transactions. Requirements: Previous experience in real estate sales or investment. Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills. Existing client portfolio or established professional network will be considered a strong advantage. Professional attitude, initiative and results-oriented mindset. Very good command of English; additional languages are a plus. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a growing team.
